The Variance Board denied the Applicant's request which was heard on <br />September 6,2006. <br />The Applicants respectfully request that the City Council acting as the Board of <br />Adjustment and Appeals reverse the decision of the Variance Board. <br />The following are the specific grounds for this appeal. <br />HISTORY <br />Charles and Suzanne Weleczlti formerly lived at 1822 North Dale Cou�-� <br />immediately adjacent to the south of the subject lot for over 30 years. After raising nine <br />children, they retired last year and due to health concerns (Mrs. Weleczlci has been <br />battling colon and lung cancer and Mr. Weleczlti has severe diabetes), they i��ovecl to aa� <br />apartment complex on Victoria Street in Roseville in 2005, where they currently reside. <br />
