NAR.RATIVE DESCRIPTION <br />RE REQtiEST FOR A A'IINOR SUBDIVISION <br />1822 North Dale Court <br />June 23,2005 <br />Charles and Suzanne Weleczlti are seeking a minor subdivision to split a portion of tiieir existing single <br />family home lot at 1822 North Dale Court such that a second buildable lot will be created. The result <br />will be that the current lot will be split into 2 lots, one to tl�e South witl� the existing single family home <br />and the second unimproved lot to the North. <br />We have attached a boundary survey showing the dimensions of the lots as proposed to be split. <br />We have also attached a scl�ematic of a possible footprint of a single family home structure for the new <br />lot. While it would be possible to coustruct a uniq�eiy desib�ed single family home on a building pad <br />ou the new North lot that would meet all set back requirements, the attached schematic shows a possible <br />plan for a more traditional single family home design tl�at would require only minot' relaxation of set <br />bacic requirements. <br />
