Attachment C <br />Narrative: <br />Request for interim use permit for 2980 Cleveland ave n. <br />Walser Automotive group is requesting an interim use permit to allow automotive repair <br />at 2980 Cleveland Ave. As you know the city has approved a development plan to <br />replace the facility that currently is Walser BPG, LLC. (Walser Buick Pontiac GMC truck <br />2775 HWY 35 North) We have determined that by moving our service work stalls off site <br />we can build the new facility in one construction phase. This will shorten the project and <br />minimize the disruption to our customer base and overall operation. The sales operation <br />will remain on the existing site with service reception. No customer traffic is planed on <br />the temporary site.
