-� <br />.-. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Roseville City Council, to <br />APPROVE/DENY the request by Brian Ash for a CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT in accordance <br />with Section § 1013.01 of the Roseville City Code, subject to the following conditions; <br />1. Because another detached building already stands on the property, no additional <br />accessory structure may be permitted. <br />2. Pursuant to § 1004.01 A7 (Accessory Building Location), the detached garage must <br />be located in line with, or behind, the front of the principal building. <br />3. The footprint of the accessory structure shall not exceed 908 square feet, and <br />pursuant to § 1004.01 A 10 (Accessory Building Height), its wall height shall not <br />exceed 9 feet and its overall height shall be limited to 15 feet, as measured to the <br />midpoint of the slope of the roof. <br />4. The subsequent driveway reconfiguration shall not cause the total impervious <br />coverage to exceed 30% of the total lot area (about 12,675 square feet). <br />5. The CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT shall expire six months after the City <br />Council approval date if the applicant has not received a building permit or an <br />extension by that time, pursuant to § 1013.03 of the City Code. <br />The motion for the adoption/denial of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Council Member Roe and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: Roe, <br />Kough, Pust, Ihlan and Mayor Klausing <br />and the following voted against: None <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
