<br />minor variance to allow the construction of an addition to the
<br />existing attached garage extending to within 17 feet of the
<br />front yard property line at 669 Belmont Lane be approved.

<br />for demolition permit under Lakeshore Zoning Ordinance at

<br />for additional right-of-way for County Road B be approved; and EASEMENT
<br />instructing the city attorney to record said easement. Roll

<br />E-7 Johnson moved, Kehr seconded that the acceptance of an easement ACCF.PTANCE OF
<br />from Richard Robbins for ten feet of right-of-way for Victoria EASEMENT
<br />Street be approved; and instructing the city attorney to record
<br />said easement. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Johnson, Kehr, Franke,
<br />and Demos. Nays: None.
<br />E-8 Johnson moved, Kehr seconded that four easements for Roseville RECEIPT OF
<br />Project N84-08 be received; and instructing the city attorney to EASEMENTS
<br />file all documents with the county recorder. Roll Call, Ayes:

<br />E-9 Johnson moved, Curley seconded that Northern States Enterprises NDRTHERN STATES
<br />request to withdraw application for off-sale liquor license at ENTERPRISES
<br />2480 North Cleveland Avenue be approved; and authorizing refund
<br />of the $200.00 license fee. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Johnson,
<br />Kehr, Franke, and Demos. Nays: None.
<br />E-10 Curley moved, Kehr seconded that the City Manager be authorized
<br />to execute the memorandum of understanding between the Police
<br />Officer's union (LELS) and the City, setting the City's
<br />contribution for health, life and LTD insurance at $160.00
<br />per month, and setting the amount which may be used for dental
<br />insurance at $11,]3 per month. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley,
<br />Johnson, Kehr, Franke, and Demoso Nays: None.
