HTG Archi�ects is seekin�, on behalf of Twin City Co-ops Federal Credit linion, approval on the followins iiems for the site located at 1880 Perimeter Road. � Conditional Use Permit The followin� information is based on the enclosed site pian, survey and ex*.erior buildin� elevations. GENERAL: Twin City Co-ops Federal Credit Union is planning a new branch faciliry for its members on Lot 1 Btock 3 of the Rosedale Center Second Addition alon� Perimeter Road. The approximately 4,�00 square foot new building will have an entry on the E side, with parkin� alone the \T and E portions of the site. The interior use will be for Leneral credit union operation, with offices, conference room, work room, toilet rooms, mechanicaUelectrical room, and an employee lounge. The drive-up window/canopy are shown on the S side of the buildinn. Site access will be from Perimeter Road. A total of thiny-six (36) parkin� stalls are planned (30 are required). The drive-up has more than 1 i0 feet of vehicular stackinR space, which equates to rouLhly 25+ vehicles. The drive-up will have four lanes installed plus bypass lane for circulation around the buildin�. , The proposed use of the site wilt not affect the health, safety, and �eneral welfare of the occupants of the surroundin� lands. The proposed buildin� type should compliment the other businesses and people of the City of Roseville. The use will not impede the norma] and orderly development of the suiroundine proper[y. Adequate uciiities, access roads, drainaee, etc. will be provided for this proposed buildin�. V
