--. 0 EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was held on the 8�' day of January 2007, at 6:00 p.m. The following members were present: Roe; Ihlan, Kough, Pust and Mayor Klausing and the following were absent: None Council Member Pust introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 10471 A RESOLUTION APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT IN ACCORDANCE WITH §1005.015 AND §1013.01 OF THE ROSEVILLE CITY CODE FOR DENNY'S REALTY AND TWIN CITIES CO-OP FEDERAL CREDIT UNION 1880 PERIMETER DRIVE (PF3799). WHEREAS, Twin Cities Co-Op Federal Credit Union (in cooperation with Denny's Realty, Property Owner) has requested a CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT to allow for the redevelopment of the Denny's restaurant site into a financial institution with multi-lane drive- thru facilities in accordance with § 1005.015 and § 1013.01 of the Roseville City Code; and as: WHEREAS, the subject property is located at 1880 Perimeter Drive and legally described LOT 1, BLOCK 3, ROSEDALE SECOND ADDITION, EXCLUDING THE WEST 750 FEET and the SOUTH 186.07 FEET. PIN 09-29-23-31-0014 WHEREAS, Section 1013 establishes the criteria for reviewing conditional use permits, which is as follows: a. Impact on traffic b. Impacts on parks, streets and other public facilities c. Compatibility of the site plan, internal circulation, landscaping and structure with contiguous properties d. Impact of the use on market value of contiguous properties e. Impact on the general public health, safety and welfare f. Compatibility with the City's Comprehensive Plan WHEREAS, The Roseville Planning Commission held the public hearing regarding the Twin Cities Co-Op Federal Credit Union request on December 6, 2006, recommending (7-0) approval of the CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT, subject to 5 conditions;
