--. <br />0 <br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was held on the 8�' day of January 2007, at 6:00 p.m. <br />The following members were present: Roe; Ihlan, Kough, Pust and Mayor Klausing <br />and the following were absent: None <br />Council Member Pust introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 10471 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT IN ACCORDANCE <br />WITH §1005.015 AND §1013.01 OF THE ROSEVILLE CITY CODE <br />FOR DENNY'S REALTY AND TWIN CITIES CO-OP FEDERAL CREDIT UNION 1880 <br />PERIMETER DRIVE (PF3799). <br />WHEREAS, Twin Cities Co-Op Federal Credit Union (in cooperation with Denny's <br />Realty, Property Owner) has requested a CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT to allow for the <br />redevelopment of the Denny's restaurant site into a financial institution with multi-lane drive- <br />thru facilities in accordance with § 1005.015 and § 1013.01 of the Roseville City Code; and <br />as: <br />WHEREAS, the subject property is located at 1880 Perimeter Drive and legally described <br />LOT 1, BLOCK 3, ROSEDALE SECOND ADDITION, <br />EXCLUDING THE WEST 750 FEET and the SOUTH 186.07 FEET. <br />PIN 09-29-23-31-0014 <br />WHEREAS, Section 1013 establishes the criteria for reviewing conditional use permits, <br />which is as follows: <br />a. Impact on traffic <br />b. Impacts on parks, streets and other public facilities <br />c. Compatibility of the site plan, internal circulation, landscaping and structure with <br />contiguous properties <br />d. Impact of the use on market value of contiguous properties <br />e. Impact on the general public health, safety and welfare <br />f. Compatibility with the City's Comprehensive Plan <br />WHEREAS, The Roseville Planning Commission held the public hearing regarding the <br />Twin Cities Co-Op Federal Credit Union request on December 6, 2006, recommending (7-0) <br />approval of the CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT, subject to 5 conditions; <br />
