Compatibility with the Ciry's Comprehensive Plan <br />WHEREAS, The Roseville Planning Commission held the public hearing regarding the <br />Twin Cities Co-Op Federal Credit Union request on December 6, 2006, recommending (7-0) <br />approval of the CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT, subject to 5 conditions; <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Roseville City Council, to APPROVE <br />the request by Twin Cities Co-Op Federal Credit Union (in cooperation with Denny's Realty, <br />property owner) for a CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT in accordance with Section 1013.01 of the <br />Roseville City Code, subject to the following conditions; <br />1. The applica.n± must submit a grading/drair.aDe plan to the Roseville City Engineer <br />for review and approval. Also this Plan must receive proper approval form the <br />Rice Creek Watershed. <br />2. The applicant must submit a landscape plan that includes boulevard trees <br />consistent with the Roseville Master Street Plan and site landscaping that includes <br />a mixture of trees, shrubs and perennials. <br />3. The proposed trash/recycling enclosure must include a roof and be adequately <br />sized, with the applicant aware that storing dumpsters outside a trash enclosure is <br />prohibited by City Code. <br />4. Site improvements and building design standazds must meet applicable codes at <br />the time of the building permit application. <br />5. The conditional use permit shall expire within 12 months of the date of City <br />Council approval if a building permit is not obtained for the approved <br />development (§ 1013.03 of the City Code) with a possible 6 month extension at <br />the discretion of staff. <br />The inotion for the adoption of ±he foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member Ihlan and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: Roe, Kough, <br />Pust, Ihlan and Mayor Klausing <br />and the following voted against: None <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />2 <br />
