<br />WHEREAS, contracts have been let and costs have been determined for Improvement
<br />P-98-02-07 of the City ofRoseville on all that property abutting Shorewood Lane, Lydia Avenue
<br />to Wheeler Street for the reconstruction of the streets by the installation of bituminous paving,
<br />concrete curb and gutter, watermains, sanitary sewer, drainage, utilities, and necessary
<br />appurtenances; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, contracts have been let and costs have been determined for Improvement P-98-02-08
<br />of the City ofRoseville on all that property abutting Maple Lane, Fairview Avenue to Wheeler
<br />Street for the reconstruction of the streets by the installation of bituminous paving, concrete curb
<br />and gutter, watermains, sanitary sewer, drainage, utilities, and necessary appurtenances; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, contracts have been let and costs have been determined for Improvement P-98-02-11
<br />of the City ofRoseville on all that property abutting East Snelling Service Drive, County Road C-2
<br />to Glen Hill Road; Arona Street, County Road C-2 to Lydia Avenue; Simpson Street, County Road
<br />C-2 to Brenner Avenue; Pascal Street, Lydia Avenue to Brenner Avenue; Albert Street, County
<br />Road C-2 to Millwood Avenue for the reconstruction of the street by the installation of bituminous
<br />paving, concrete curb and gutter, watermains, sanitary sewer, drainage, utilities, and necessary
<br />appurtenances; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, contracts have been let and costs have been determined for Improvement P-98-02-29
<br />of the City ofRoseville on all that property abutting Dunlap Street, Sextant Avenue to Brooks
<br />Avenue; Sextant Avenue, Dunlap Street to Lexington Avenue; Transit Avenue, Dunlap Street to
<br />Lexington Avenue; Brooks Avenue, Dunlap Street to Lexington Avenue for the reconstruction of
<br />the street by the installation of bituminous paving, concrete curb and gutter, watermains, sanitary
<br />sewer, drainage, utilities, and necessary appurtenances; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, contracts have been let and costs have been determined for Improvement P-98-02-31
<br />of the City ofRoseville on all that property abutting Churchill Street, Brooks Avenue to cul-de-sac
<br />for the reconstruction of the street by the installation of bituminous paving, concrete curb and
<br />gutter, watermains, sanitary sewer, drainage, utilities, and necessary appurtenances; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, the foregoing is in the area described in the legal notice relating to the original
<br />hearing on the improvements and the resolutions relating thereto, and the contract price for such
<br />improvements is $1,071,060.89, the other expenses incurred or to be incurred in the making of
<br />said improvements amounts to $505,094.88 so that the total cost of the improvements will be
<br />$1,576,155.77, and ofthis cost the City will pay $1,162,420.93 as its share of the cost. The cost
<br />to be specifically assessed is hereby declared to be $413,734.84; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, contracts have been let and costs have been determined for Improvement UL-98-1 0
<br />of the City ofRoseville on all that property abutting Centre Pointe Drive for the installation of
<br />street lights, and necessary appurtenances; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, the foregoing is in the area described in the legal notice relating to the original
<br />hearing on the improvements and the resolutions relating thereto, and the contract price for such
<br />improvements is $80,240.00, the other expenses incurred or to be incurred in the making of said
<br />improvements amounts to $23,029.76, so that the total cost of the improvements will be
<br />$103,269.76, and of this cost the City will pay $0.00 as its share of the cost. The cost to be
<br />specifically assessed is hereby declared to be $103,269.76; and
