ExecutiveSearch | 4 <br /> <br />Approach and Services Overview <br />Our approach to executive search promotes maximum input from <br />the Mayor and Council, staff, and citi zens in the search process. <br />We help guide the process, but you are the final authority in the <br />selection of candidates. We maintain continual contact with the <br />client throughout the search and keep the candidates informed as <br />the search progresses. In addition to our milestone meetings with <br />the Mayor and City Council, we will provide periodic updates to <br />keep you informed of our progress.
