Attachment A <br />SECTION 4. Section 1011.12.F.6 is hereby amended to read as follows: 18 <br />6. Accessory Buildings: shall be limited to a single structure/building of no greater than 500 19 <br />square feet in size with a maximum height of 15 feet. Setbacks for accessory 20 <br />structures/buildings are as regulated under Tables 1006.02 and 1006.03, except that 21 <br />accessory structures or buildings shall not be permitted in a front yard. 22 <br />SECTION 5. Effective Date.This ordinance amendment to the Roseville City Code shall take 23 <br />effect upon passage and publication. 24 <br />Passed this 8th day of July, 2013 25
