<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF ROSEVlLLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, Minnesota, was held in the City Hall in said City on Monday, July 26, 1999, at 6:30 <br />o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mastel, Maschka, Wiski, Goedeke & Wall, and the <br />following were absent: none. <br /> <br />Counci1member Mastel introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 9671 <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING THE CONSTRUCTION OF <br />IMPROVEMENT M-98-11, DALE STREET/ROSELA WN A VENUE TRAIL <br />AND PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a resolution ofthe City Council ofthe City ofRoseville adopted July 12, 1999, fixed <br />a date for a public hearing on Project M-98-11, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, ten days mailed notice and two weeks published notice was given; <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City ofRoseville, Minnesota, that <br />the Council held a public hearing on July 26, 1999, to consider the proposed construction of <br />Project M-98-11 -- Dale Street/Rose1awn Avenue Trail construction as described in the Notice of <br />Hearing at a cost presently estimated at $2,422,500 and substantially in accordance with the <br />preliminary report as to the feasibility thereof which is now on file in the office of the City <br />Manager; at which all persons desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be heard thereon, <br />and having considered the views of all interested persons, the Council does hereby determine and <br />order that said improvement shall be constructed and financed and that all improvements be <br />constructed substantially as recommended in the feasibility report. The City Public Works <br />Director is designated as the Engineer for the project and is directed to prepare and submit to the <br />Council the final plans and specifications for the improvement. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Counci1member <br />Maschka and upon roll call vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mastel, <br />Maschka, Wiski, Goedeke & Wall and the following voted against the same: none. <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
