EXTRACf OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF CITY COUNCIL CITY OF ROSEVILLE RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA A regular meeting of the Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was held in the City Hall on the ninth day of August, 1999, at 6:30 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: Wiski, Mastel, Goedeke, Maschka & Wall, and the following were absent: none. The City Manager presented to the Council the proposed 1999 assessment roll for the following projects: UL-97-11 P-98-02-07 ST -98-06 P-98-02-08 P-98-02-11 P-98-02-29 P-98-02-31 UL-98-10 Street lights, Long Lake Road, Terminal to 36 Service Drive Shorewood Lane, Lydia A venue to Wheeler Street Neighborhood 7 storm sewer Maple Lane, Fairview Avenue to Wheeler Street East Snelling Service Drive, County Road C-2 to Glen Hill Road Arona Street, County Road C-2 to Lydia Avenue Simpson Street, County Road C-2 to Brenner Avenue Pascal Street, Lydia Avenue to Brenner Avenue Albert Street, County Road C-2 to Millwood Avenue Dunlap Street, Sextant Avenue to Brooks Avenue Sextant A venue, Dunlap Street to Lexington Avenue Transit Avenue, Dunlap Street to Lexington Avenue Brooks Avenue, Dunlap Street to Lexington Avenue Churchill Street, Brooks A venue to cul-de-sac Street lights, Centre Pointe Drive The above assessment rolls were prepared by him with the assistance of the City Public Works Director as directed by the Council and reported that the assessment roll is now on file in his office and open to public inspection. Councilmember Goedeke introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 9674 RESOLUTION RECEIVING PROPOSED SPECIAL ASSESSMENT ROLL AND PROVIDING FOR HEARINGS BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Roseville, that the proposed 1999 assessment roll for the following projects: UL-97 -11, P-98-02-07, ST -98-06, P-98-02-08, P-98-02-Il, P-98-02-29, P.98-02-3I, and UL-98-1O, now on file and open to public inspection in the office of the City Manager is approved, and the Manager is directed to publish and mail notices that the Council will meet to consider the proposed assessments on September 13, 1999, at the City Hall, 2660 Civic Center Drive, in the City of Roseville at 6:30 o'clock p.m.
