After some initial investigation of <br />the property, we believe the best use of the property would be for a townhome <br />communitv. <br />We would like to submit, for your comments, a sketched drawing showing eight, one <br />level, side by side, townhomes. These townhomes would be served by a private roadway <br />and maintained by an association. The reason we believe townhomes would be the best <br />use of the land is because, after some initial review, we are not sure that the soil <br />conditions in the road right of way are suitable for supporting a public road. 'The private <br />road that would be included in the townhame development would mostly remain on the <br />Mclevish propeRy, thus not using the road right of way. <br />We have also included a picture of a front elevation of some one level townhomes that <br />we have done in the past. This is just an example of what the townhomes would possibly <br />look like. <br />I would look forward to a short meeting to hear your comments.
