NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Roseville City Council, to grant the <br />SANITARY SEWER EASEMENT VACATION on the above identified properties, based on the <br />findings in Sections 5 and 6 of the project report dated September 25, 2006, and subject to the <br />following conditions: <br />1. The existing sanitary sewer must be relocated and constructed, through a Public <br />Improvement Contract, in compliance with City standards. <br />2. A new sanitary sewer easement must be established in compliance with City <br />Standards. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member Kough and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: Members <br />Kough, Maschka, Pust; and Mayor Klausing, <br />And Member Ihlan voted against; <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />2 of 3 <br />
