The property is <br />zoned R-1, Single Family Residential, and the Comprehensive Plan identifies the <br />property as Low Density Residential. <br />The variance request has been prompted by the applicant's desire to construct a living <br />area -�'--- _ —+ ,_ �� �-vo, ��� �'�:�''�r��ii�r�i�ir.ir���s�:� <br />4.3 The lot is situated at the corner of Lydia Avenue and Arona Street; it has a 112-foot long <br />interior side (west) lot line, an 81-foot corner side (east) lot line along Arona Street, a <br />150-foot front (south) lot line along Lydia Avenue, and a 146-foot rear (north) lot line. <br />PF3762_RVBA_060706Page 1 of 4 <br />
