NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Roseville Variance Board, to approve a � <br />VARIANCE to Section 1012.03 (Traffic Visibility) to allow a pylon sign within the "visibility <br />triangle" and a VARIANCE to Section 1005.01 (General Requirements in Business Districts) to <br />allow the construction of a pylon sign in a location not less than 5 feet from the County Road B <br />right-of-way and not less than 5 feet from the Dale Street right-of-way, subject to the following <br />conditions: <br />1. The applicant must wark with the City Engineer to select a satisfactory location <br />for the sign such that the sign is not positioned too near the storm sewer and not <br />closer than 5 feet from any right-of-way. <br />2. The variance (if granted) shall expire within 6 months of its approval if a building <br />permit is not issued pursuant to § 1013.03 of the City Code. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolutioil was duly seconded by Variance <br />Board Member and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: <br />Members , , and ;� <br />, ``� <br />:; :,, �; <br />and the following voted against: ; <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was decl�c�duly passed and adopted. <br />2 <br />• <br />• <br />
