• NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Roseville Variance Board, to approve a <br />VARIANCE to Section 1012.03 (Traffic Visibility) to allow a pylon sign within the "visibility <br />triangle" and a VARIANCE to Section 1005.01 (General Requirements in Business Districts) to <br />allow the construction of a pylon sign in a location not less than 10 feet from the property line <br />adjacent to County Road D and not less than 8 feet from the property line adjacent to Cleveland <br />Avenue, subject to the following conditions: <br />• <br />• <br />1. The pylon sign must not be closer to any right-of-way than the existing sign. <br />2.
