August 10, 2006 <br />TO: City of Roseville <br />Community Development Department <br />RE: Setback Permit Application <br />Richard and Jeanne Podvin <br />698 Terrace Drive <br />Roseville, MN 55113 <br />We have been made aware of the plans of Richard and Jeanne Podvin, residents at 698 <br />Terrace Drive, to construct an addition to the existing tuck-under garage of their <br />residence which will consist of another garage unit of similar size. The eastern edge of <br />this construction will extend to a point 5 feet from and within their property line, which is <br />less than the Roseville guideline which requires construction to extend no nearer than 10 <br />feet from the property line.
