Per <br />the discussion at our meeting, we have revised the new lot lines to be more accommodating and <br />in line with city wishes. I have enclosed a new map that we would like to be considered and <br />placed with our application. I believe we have met with all city codes in this new map so far as <br />frontage, square footage, etc. Also, as we discussed, I have drawn on the map the azea where <br />there will need to bs an easement. <br />We are hopeful that this will be placed on the October's agenda for consideration. Please let us <br />know when the meeting will be as Mr. LeTendre and I would like to attend. I would also ask <br />that if you see some area of concern, that you contact me immediately so we may go over your <br />concerns and have a chance to discuss and/or revise if appropriate.
