First, the packet report refers to "the <br />Forman proposal at Acorn Road and County Road B" when stating precedent for the driveway easement. I was unable <br />to locate information on that site. Could you send me the date it was approved by the City Council? <br />Secondly, I have some questions regarding setback requirements. My understanding is that a 30 foot setback is required <br />from the front property line to the main structure. According to the drawings of the proposed subdivision, Parcel B <br />would encroach on the front setback for Parcel A's existing attached garage structure. Could you please clarify this for <br />me?
