RICHARD & SUSAN STAFNE <br />156 Woodlynn Avenue <br />Roseville, MN 55113 <br />Home: 651-484-3518 <br />Cell: 612-408-5153 <br />Email: sstafne@msn.com <br />August 14, 2006 <br />City of Roseville <br />Planning Commission <br />RE: Lot Division located at 156 Woodlynn Avenue <br />Dear Planning Commission: <br />As you are aware, we have made application to split our lot located at 156 Woodlynn Avenue. <br />We have written up the attached plan of our existing lot and have marked on there our proposed <br />lot division lines. <br />Throughout this process of dividing our lot we have met and talked with Tom Paschke, City <br />Planner and Bryan Lloyd, Associated Planner. They have both been extremely helpful in <br />working with us to come up with the best plan of action for dividing our lot. <br />After meeting �vith 1�Ir. �aschke and goir�g over our proposed division lines, he took our <br />information and passed it on to Mr. Lloyd. There were suggestions as to a different way to <br />divide the lot, so as to avoid corners. There were also various discussions, through email, about <br />the possibility of shared property, namely the driveway, again in order to eliminate a couple of <br />the proposed corners. <br />We met with Mr. Lloyd on July 28, 2006, to further discuss city concerns and to try to work out <br />which division lines would be the best both for the city and for us as residents.
