When I moved here the <br />western end of Roseville was what ( considered the "{ow rent area." Since then, the <br />City Planning Commission, City Council and City Staff have, in my opinion, over the <br />years done a great job of upgrading the western section of Roseville. <br />However, there are still areas left that need to be upgraded, inc(uding the Twin Lakes <br />area now under consideration. <br />l find the proposed Rottland Plan very desirable and recommend that it be promptly <br />approved by the Planning Commission and fhe City Councif so that the cleanup and <br />construction can be started. <br />It will not be possible for me to attend the hearing on Wednesday, November 1, 2006. <br />Yours truly, <br />;��'`'�' �����?���--w.L <br />Gunnar Pettersen <br />2030 County Road D West <br />St. Paul, MN 55112-3504 <br />651-636-9105 <br />
