The Planning Commission <br />recommendation incltiided a condition to include the Twin Lakes Parkway right-of-way from <br />Prior Avenue to Cleveland Avenue within the project boundaries, We have revised our <br />applications to include the Twin Lakes Parkway from Prior Avenue to Cleveland Avenue. <br />Additionally, we have revised the owner/applicant information to identify Roseville Twin Lakes <br />LLC as the owner/applicant for the Twin Lakes West redevelopment project. The following <br />amended applications and plans are enclosed: <br />Amended Rezoning application dated November 13, 2006, including: <br />a. Sheet RZ 1.0 Title Sheet <br />b.
