7, Additional Required Information: A. Narrative: There are some platted residential lots within the City that are different than the current standards. In reviewing requests for approval of lot splits in such areas, the City is particularly interested in determining that the lots to be created will be consistent with the character of the surrounding area. A written narrative must accompany the application presenting information demonstrating that the proposed subdivision will be comparable to those already existing in the immediate neighborhood. B. A preliminary subdivision plat submittal must provide 1 copy of the proposed plat is required. In addition, a topographic survey of the subject property, grading, drainage (with storm water calculations), utility, and landscaping plans may also be required as deemed necessary by the Community Development Department.
