EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />VARIANCE BOARD OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Variance Board of the City of <br />Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was held on the 1 St day of November, 2006, at 5:30 <br />p.m. <br />The following members were present: Chair Bakeman and Members Boerigter and <br />Doherty. <br />Variance Board Member poherty introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />VB RESOLUTION NO. 48 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A VARIANCE TO §1004 OF THE ROSEVILLE CITY <br />CODE FOR THE TRANS, 296 SOUTH M�CARRONS BOULEVARD (PF3794) <br />WHEREAS, the Trans have requested a VARIANCE to § 1004 (Residential Districts) to <br />allow a principal structure encroachment into the required front yard setback; and <br />WHEREAS, this property is addressed as 296 South McCarrons Boulevard, and legally <br />described as: <br />ROLLING GREEN LOT 34, BLOCK 1 <br />PIN: 13-29-23-42-0032 <br />WHEREAS, Section 1 U04.01 E requires a 40-foot setback for principal structures from <br />the property line; and <br />WHEREAS, the Trans seek to reduce the steep slope of the driveway by constructing, at a <br />lower grade, a new attached garage with living area above; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Division has concluded that "hardships" are present and <br />support can be given to deviate from the strict requirements of the Roseville City Code if the <br />conditions identified below are met; <br />
