A City Council hearing on that matter has been set for <br />January 29, 2007. In accordance with our phone conversation of yesterday, I am <br />requesting an extension of that hearing date. You had requested that we give the City <br />an extension of sixty (60) days to hear the matter. Though Minnesota statute 15.99 <br />Subd. 3(g) permits an applicant to request an extension, and does not require any <br />specific length of extension period, we hereby agree to the sixty (60) say extension, with <br />the understanding that the City will make best efforts to hear the matter on February <br />12th, March 12th, or March 26th (I will be out of town on February 26tn). <br />Thank you for your time and consideration in this matter. <br />Sincerely, <br />George A.
