<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the 23rd day of August, 1999 at 6:30 <br />p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Wiski, Mastel, Goedeke, Maschka and Wall, and the <br />following were absent: None. <br /> <br />Member Maschka introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 9680 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION SUBMITTING THE PROPOSED PROPERTY TAX LEVY <br />ON REAL ESTATE TO THE RAMSEY COUNTY AUDITOR <br />FOR THE FISCAL YEAR OF 2000 <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, <br />as follows: <br /> <br />The City of Roseville is submitting the following proposed tax levy on real estate within the <br />corporate limits of the City to the County Auditor in compliance with the Minnesota State Statutes. <br /> <br />Fund Amount <br />General Fund $ 3,500,000 <br />Recreation Operations 1,100,000 <br />Permanent Improvements 170,000 <br />G.O. Improvement Debt <br />Service 1,114,000 <br />Equipment 150,000 <br />Park Improvement Program 250,000 <br />Infrastructure Pathways 130,000 <br />Total $ 6,414,000 <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Goedeke and <br />upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Wiski, Mastel, Goedeke, <br />Maschka and Wall, and the following voted against the same: None. <br /> <br />WHEREUPON, said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
