<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, <br />Minnesota, was duly held at the City Hall in said City on Monday, the thirteenth day of September, 1999, at <br />6:30 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Maschka, Mastel, Wiski, and Goedeke and the following were absent: <br />Wall. <br /> <br />Councilperson Maschka introduced and moved the adoption of the following resolution: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 9686 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING 2001 PMP NEIGHBORHOODS <br />AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF FEASIBILITY REPORTS ON IMPROVEMENTS FOR <br />NEIGHBORHOODS 15 and 18 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Council has reviewed the street construction needs of various neighborhoods in the City and <br />has tentatively selected neighborhoods for inclusion in the 2001 Pavement Management Program; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve that portion of the City ofRoseville described below by one or more of <br />the following installations: bituminous paving, concrete curb and gutter, stonn sewer, bituminous overlay, <br />and necessary appurtenances, and to assess the benefited property for all or a portion of the cost of the <br />improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Section 429.011 to 429.111: <br /> <br />NEIGHBORHOOD NUMBERS AND DESCRIPTIONS <br /> <br />Neighborhood Streets <br />15 Josephine Road, Hamline A venue to Lexington Avenue-Reconstruction <br />18 W. Owasso Blvd, Victoria Street to City limits-Reconstruction <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota as follows: <br /> <br />1. The neighborhoods specified in the attached drawing are hereby approved for inclusion in the 2001 <br />Pavement Management Program. <br /> <br />2. The proposed improvements are referred to the City Public Works Director for study and he is <br />instructed to report to the Council with all convenient speed, advising the Council in a preliminary way <br />as to whether they should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvements, <br />and the estimated cost of the improvements as recommended. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilperson Wiski and upon <br />vote being taken thereon, the followillg voted in favor thereof: Maschka, Mastel, Wiski, and Goedeke and the <br />following voted against the same: None. <br />
