<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />OF CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Council of the City of Roseville, <br />Minnesota, was held in the City Hall on the twenty-seventh day of September, 1999, at 6:30 <br />o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Maschka, Mastel, Wiski, and Goedeke, and the following <br />were absent: Wall. <br /> <br />After a discussion of the views presented by the affected property owners at the public <br />assessment hearing held on September 13, 1999, Councilmember Mastel introduced the <br />following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 9692 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING AND CONFIRMING AS AMENDED <br />1999 ASSESSMENTS FOR IMPROVEMENTS <br />UL-97-11, P-98-02-07, P-98-02-08, P-98-02-l1, <br />P-98-02-29, P-98-02-31, ST-98-06, UL-98-1O <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City ofRoseville, Minnesota as follows: <br /> <br />1. The proposed assessment for 1999 improvement P-98-02-07 should be and is hereby <br />amended as follows: <br /> <br />PROPERTY IDENTIFICATION ORIGINAL <br />NUMBER ASSESSMENT <br /> <br />REVISED <br />ASSESSMENT <br /> <br />04-29-23-12-0037 $2,925.75 <br /> <br />$775.75 <br /> <br />2. It is hereby found and determined by this Council that the foregoing amendment is just and <br />equitable to said proposed assessment, and necessary to a fair assessment for payment of <br />the cost of said improvement. <br /> <br />3. The amount proper and necessary to be specially assessed at this time for Improvements <br />UL-97 -11, P-98-02-07, P-98-02-08, P-98-02-11, P-98-02-29, P-98-02-31, ST -98-06, <br />UL-98-10 against every assessable lot, piece or parcel of land affected thereby has been <br />duly calculated upon the basis of benefits, without regard to cash valuation, in accordance <br />with the provisions of Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, as amended, and notice has been <br />duly mailed and published, as required by law, that this Council would meet to hear, <br />consider, and pass upon all objections, if any, and said proposed assessment has at all times <br />since its filing been open for public inspection, and an opportunity has been given to all <br />interested persons to present their objections, if any, to such proposed assessments. <br />
