Update who's active. <br />2. Impromptu gatherings: city provide support, story Saturday (learn history) bz. Provide coffee, <br />etc., bonfires; knitting block clubs <br />3. Recruit block captains (Neighborhood Watch) and be community building — not just crime <br />prevention <br />4.
