SECTION 4. Section 1011.12.F.6 is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> 6. Accessory Buildings: shall be limited to a single structure/building of no greater than 500 <br /> square feet in size with a maximum height of 15 feet. Setbacks for accessory <br /> structures/buildings are as regulated under Tables 1006.02 and 1006.03, except that <br /> accessory structures or buildings shall not be permitted in a front yard. <br /> SECTION 5. Effective Date. This ordinance amendment to the Roseville City Code shall take <br /> effect upon passage and publication. <br /> Passed this 8th day of July, 2013 <br />
