<br />Shoreland setback from 30 feet to 23 feet 6 inches for the purpose of allowing a maintenance deck <br />adjacent and attached to the kitchen of the existing home at 1281 Josephine Road (PID # <br />032923120007) be approved, conditioned on the removal of any deck improvement currently <br />existing on the property that encroaches closer to the shoreline that 23 feet 6 inches. (29 feet 6 <br />inches from the repaired shoreline) <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member Wall, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: Wiski, Maschka, <br />Mastel and Wall <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: Goedeke <br /> <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />Page 3 of3 <br />
