Roll Call <br /> Mayor Roe called to order the Roseville City Council emergency meeting at approxi- <br /> mately 11:09 a.m. Voting and Seating Order: Willmus, McGehee, Laliberte, Roe; Etten <br /> appeared at 11:18 a.m. <br /> 2. Declare Local Emergency <br /> Mayor Roe declared a local emergency invoking the City's disaster plan. <br /> 3. Extend Period of Local Emergency <br /> McGehee moved, Willmus seconded, adoption of Resolution No. 11076 entitled, "Reso- <br /> lution to Extend Period of Local Emergency." <br /> Roll Call <br /> Ayes: Willmus, McGehee, Laliberte, Etten, Roe <br /> Nays: None. <br /> 4. Make Expenditures During a Local Emergency <br /> McGehee moved, Willmus seconded, adoption of Resolution No. 11077 entitled "Resolu- <br /> tion to Make Expenditures During a Local Emergency." <br /> Roll Call <br /> Ayes: Willmus, McGehee, Laliberte, Etten, Roe <br /> Nays: None. <br /> 5. Add Agenda Item to July 1 Council Meeting <br /> Laliberte moved, McGehee seconded adding an agenda item to the July 1 Council meet- <br /> ing for purposes of discussing the status of storm damage relief efforts. <br /> Roll Call <br /> Ayes: Willmus, McGehee, Laliberte, Etten, Roe <br /> Nays: None. <br /> City's Response to Storm Debris <br /> The Council discussed a July 8 drop off deadline for residents to move debris of tree <br /> branches/shrubs to the curb for pick-up by the Department of Public Works. Trudgeon <br /> indicated that residents will still need to utilize licensed tree contractors for tree removal. <br /> McGehee moved, Willmus seconded approving curb side pick-up of storm debris for res- <br /> idents. <br /> Roll Call <br />
