This fund is currently keeping up with its daily operational <br />expenses and has about $300,000.00 in cash reserves. The reserves, <br />Remember “inflationary increase.” <br />however, are insufficient to cover the replacement of the clubhouse and <br />maintain the current building. It will need an annual subsidy of <br />$110,000.00 over the next ten years to reach sustainability or a <br /> <br />combination of increased fees and subsidy. <br /> <br />
