<br />Extract of Minutes of a Meeting of the <br />City Council of the <br />City of Roseville, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City <br /> <br />Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly called and held at the City <br /> <br />Hall in said City on Monday, the 8th day of November, 1999, at 7:15 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mastel, Goedeke, Wiski & Wall <br /> <br />and the following was absent: Maschka. <br /> <br />Member Goedeke introduced the following resolution and moved its <br /> <br />adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution 9705 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE AND SALE OF THE <br />$1,847,407 HEALTH CARE FACILITIES REVENUE NOTE <br />AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF DOCUMENTS RELATING <br />THERETO <br />(ST. ANN'S RESIDENTIAL SERVICES PROJECT) <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded <br /> <br />by member Wiski, and after full discussion thereof and upon vote being taken <br /> <br />thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mastel, Goedeke, Wiski & Wall <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: None <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
