The <br />10 Commission discussed the current processes for determining acceptable distances for <br />1 1 public hearing notifications and the merits of increasing the distance to 500 feet. <br />12 3.2 The Planning Commission voted 7-0 to recommend approval of the request to increase <br />13 the minimum public hearing notification distance form 350 feet to 500 feet, by amneding <br />14 thos Sections of the Title 10 and 11 as noted in Section 2.8 of the project report dated <br />15 December 5, 2007. <br />16 4.0 SUGGESTED CITY COUNCIL ACTION: <br />17 4.1 ADOPT an ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 1, 10 and 11 of the Roseville City Code <br />18 pertaining to the minimum notification distance requirement, increasing from 350 to 500 <br />19 feet (see attached ORDINANCE). <br />20 4.2 By motion, approve the Ordinance Summary describing the amendments to the City's <br />21 Administration Code (Title 1), Zoning Code (Title 10) and the Subdivision Code (Title <br />22 ll) to be used for official publication. <br />23 <br />PF07-061_RCA_012808 Page 3 of 4 <br />
