A <br />%.O STAFF RECOMMENDATION <br />Based on the comments and findings outlined in Sections 5 and 6 of this report, the <br />Planning Division recommends approval of the proposed cotvDlTCONA�, usE to allow the <br />proposed sale of light-duty-cargo trailers pursuant to § 1005.015 and § 1014.01 of the <br />Roseville City Code subject to the following conditions: <br />a. Trailers sold shall be limited to those that meet the definition in MN Stat. 169.011 <br />subd. 86; and <br />b.
