<br />pursuant to an adminis�ra�ive line
<br />schedule that is establishetl in Ihe
<br />ordinance. If the owner participates in
<br />responsible landlord practices, however,
<br />the fine may be reduced. If the owner
<br />continues lo violate the ortlinance, the
<br />owner's license may be suspentletl or
<br />revoked. Tenants will be notified if ihe
<br />owner does not have a license.

<br />motivational, etlucational, recreational,
<br />anNor therepeutic benefits to enhance
<br />qualiry of life at care-giving facilitias,

<br />Animal-ASSisted Therapy: Animal-
<br />Assisted Therapy (AAT) is a goal-

<br />Sociery credentialetl pet therapy animal
<br />is an integrel part of the treatment
<br />pmcess designetl to promote
<br />improvement in human physical, social,
<br />emotional, antl/or cognitive functioning
<br />at care-giving facilities, including but not
<br />limited to, hospttals, veterens facilities,
<br />reha6ilitation centers, etc.

<br />ALLOWED. No Derson or entiry shall

<br />animals over three (3) months of age in
<br />the City ot Linle Canatla. The total
<br />number o� animals per dwelling unit
<br />s�all not ezceetl Ihrea (3), excepi for pet
<br />therapy animals as notetl below.
<br />The total number oi animals per
<br />tlweliing unit can be four (4) in the event
<br />that all four (6) animals are Delta
<br />Society credentialetl pet therapy
<br />animals. The owner must at time oi
<br />application for antl/or renewal ot a Pet
<br />Therapy Licensa:
<br />• Obtain an annual Pet 7herapy
<br />License /rom the Ciry in addition to
<br />obtaining a Dog License;
<br />• Submit appropriate cretlentialing
<br />documentation irom Delta Sociery that
<br />ihe animal is a part of a Registered Pet
<br />Partners Team;
<br />• Submit a copy ot the Delta Sociery
<br />certificate of insurance which covers ihe
<br />Pet Pariners Handler Team;
<br />• Maintain a log tor each animal oi
<br />Animal�ASSisted Activities (AAA) and
<br />Animal-Assisted Therapy (AAT) �isits by
<br />dateand location. The log must reflect a
<br />minimum number of 50 visits per animal
<br />per yeac Log must be ve�ifietl by
<br />signawre, as well as the contact phone
<br />number, of an oHicial irom the
<br />organization where AAP. and/or AAT
<br />visits ocwrretl. This log is required l0 be
<br />submitled to the City at ihe time o�

<br />veterinarian. Under no circumstancas,
