� <br />^ <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Roseville City Council, to APPROVE <br />the request for a CONDITIONAL USE in accordance with Section § 1014.01 of the Roseville <br />City Code, subject to the following conditions: <br />a. Outdoor display area shall be limited to 3,000 square feet; <br />b. Outdoor display area and the lot area between the outdoor display area and <br />adjacent property lines shall conform to the standard City Code requirements for <br />industrial properties including, but not limited to, parking area setbacks, site <br />landscaping, paving, and storm water mitigation; and <br />c. Trailers sold shall be limited to those that meet the definition in MN Stat. 169.011 <br />subd. 86 and not exceeding 14 feet in overall box length and 8 feet in overall <br />width. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member Ihlan and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: Johnson, Ihlan, <br />Roe, and Klausing; <br />and none voted against; <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />Page 2 of 3 <br />
