-� <br />� <br />Attachment G <br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />VARIANCE BOARD OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Variance Board of the <br />City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was held on the 1 St day of July 2009 at <br />5:30 p.m. <br />The following members were present: <br />Variance Board Member introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br />VB RESOLUTION NO. 86 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A VARIANCE TO §1017 (SHORELAND <br />MANAGEMENT) OF THE ROSEVILLE CITY CODE FOR THOMAS MARTIN, <br />361 SOUTH OWASSO BOULEVARD (PF09-016) <br />WHEREAS, Mr. Martin has requested a vaR�aNCE to § 1017 (Shoreland <br />Management) of the Roseville City Code; and <br />WHEREAS, this property is addressed as 361 South Owasso Boulevard, and <br />legally described as: <br />Lake Owasso Villa part of Lot 5 easterly of a line beginning on the southerly line of <br />and 11 feet easterly from the southwest corner thence northerly 174 feet to a point 8 <br />feet at a right angle from the westerly line of said lot thence northerly 67.35 feet <br />more or less to a point on the northerly line of and 13 feet easterly from the <br />northwest corner of said Lot 5 and all of Lot 4 <br />PIN: 01-29-23-12-0011 <br />WHEREAS, Section 1017.16 (Shoreland Setbacks) requires a principal structure <br />setback of 75 feet from the front property line; and <br />WHEREAS, Mr. Martin seeks to construct a porch extending an additional 4 feet <br />into the existing legal, nonconforming shoreland setback; and <br />WHEREAS, the Variance Board has concluded that "hardships" are present and <br />support can be given to deviate from the strict requirements of the Roseville City Code; <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Roseville Variance Board, to <br />approve a vAR1AtvCE to Section 1017.16 of the City Code, subject to the following <br />conditions: <br />a.
