-� � Attachment G EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VARIANCE BOARD OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Variance Board of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was held on the 1 St day of July 2009 at 5:30 p.m. The following members were present: Variance Board Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: VB RESOLUTION NO. 86 A RESOLUTION APPROVING A VARIANCE TO §1017 (SHORELAND MANAGEMENT) OF THE ROSEVILLE CITY CODE FOR THOMAS MARTIN, 361 SOUTH OWASSO BOULEVARD (PF09-016) WHEREAS, Mr. Martin has requested a vaR�aNCE to § 1017 (Shoreland Management) of the Roseville City Code; and WHEREAS, this property is addressed as 361 South Owasso Boulevard, and legally described as: Lake Owasso Villa part of Lot 5 easterly of a line beginning on the southerly line of and 11 feet easterly from the southwest corner thence northerly 174 feet to a point 8 feet at a right angle from the westerly line of said lot thence northerly 67.35 feet more or less to a point on the northerly line of and 13 feet easterly from the northwest corner of said Lot 5 and all of Lot 4 PIN: 01-29-23-12-0011 WHEREAS, Section 1017.16 (Shoreland Setbacks) requires a principal structure setback of 75 feet from the front property line; and WHEREAS, Mr. Martin seeks to construct a porch extending an additional 4 feet into the existing legal, nonconforming shoreland setback; and WHEREAS, the Variance Board has concluded that "hardships" are present and support can be given to deviate from the strict requirements of the Roseville City Code; NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Roseville Variance Board, to approve a vAR1AtvCE to Section 1017.16 of the City Code, subject to the following conditions: a.
