L . <br />"� ^ <br />WHEREAS, Mr. Martin seeks to construct a porch extending an additional4 feet <br />into the existing legal, nonconforming shoreland setback; and <br />WHEREAS, the Variance Board has concluded that "hardships" are present and <br />support can be given to deviate from the strict requirements of the Roseville City Code; <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Roseville Variance Board, to <br />approve a vAx�ANCE to Section 1017.16 of the City Code, subject to the following <br />conditions: <br />a. The proposed addition shall be consistent in size and location with the site <br />plan included with this staff report as Attachment E; <br />b. The impervious coverage on the property shall not exceed 25% of the <br />overall lot area; and <br />c. The variance shall expire 6 months of the approval date if a building <br />permit is not issued, pursuant to § 1013.03 of the City Code. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Member Gisselquist and upon vote being taken thereon, Members Best, Boerigter, and <br />Gisselquist voted in favor; <br />and none voted against; <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />Page 2 of 3 <br />
