Planninn File 09-021 <br />2 Request by Mike Heffernan, 893 County Road C-2, for approval of a 1,008-square- <br />foot accessory structure as a CONDITIONAL USE <br />� Chair poherty opened the Public Hearing for Planning File 09-021 at 6:34 p.m. <br />5 Associate Planner Bryan Lloyd reviewed staff's analysis of the request by Mr. Heffernan <br />� for construction of a 1,008-square-foot detached building at 893 County Road G2; <br />i previously approved in September 2007 and having since expired before application for a <br />ts building permit within the required six (6) month timeframe. <br />5 As noted in the September 5, 2007 Planning Commission meeting minutes, staff noted <br />�o that the proposed use was for storage of yard and recreational equipment rather than for <br />'� daily-use vehicles, requiring no driveway, and with no current impervious coverage <br />'�2 ramifcations, as detailed specifically in staff-recommended Condition C of the staff report <br />'� 3 dated August 5, 2009. <br />`�4 Staff anticipated no negative ramifications and recommended approval of the request for <br />?s a CONDITIONAL USE for Mike Heffernan, 893 County Road G2, to allow construction of <br />�c the proposed 1,008-square-foot accessory structure; based on the comments and <br />'� i findings of Sections 5 and 6 and the conditions of Section 7 of the staff report dated <br />' S August 5, 2009. <br />�t: Discussion included clarification of insubstantial impervious surface issues; referencing <br />2o previous consideration of this case in 2007. <br />2i Applicant, Mike Heffernan <br />z2 Mr. Heffernan was present and concurred with staffs analysis and recommended <br />23 conditions; and anticipated moving fonvard with the application at this time. <br />�, Chair poherty closed the Public Hearing for Case #09-021 at 6:40 p.m. with no one <br />25 appearing for or against. <br />2c MOTION <br />2� Member Wozniak moved, seconded by Member poherty to RECOMMEND TO THE <br />2r' CITY COUNCIL APPROVAL a CONDITIONAL USE for Mike Heffernan, 893 County <br />zs Road G2, to allow construction of the proposed 1,008 square foot accessory <br />; o structure; based on the comments and findings of Sections 5 and 6 and the <br />3i conditions of Section 7 of the staff report dated August 5, 2009. <br />s� Ayes: 6 <br />3:� Nays: 0 <br />;a Motion carried. <br />35 Chair poherty noted that the case was scheduled to be heard by the City Council at their <br />36 August 17, 2009 meeting. <br />3/ <br />
