.. � / <br />/ <br />�� <br />�� <br />'� �ocument# 209�1 iPK `��"� <br />Certified Filed G [104120091600 <br />Registrar of Titles, Ramsey Counly, MN <br />CertHicate# 542265 , <br />2.4.3 475231 <br />EXTRACT OF MINiJTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCII, OF THE CTTY OF ROSEVILLE <br />Pursuant to due call and norice thereof, a regulaz meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was held on the 17`� day of August 2009, at 6:00 p.m. <br />, The following Members were present: Pust; Johnson; Roe and Klausing; <br />and the following Members were absent: Ihlan. , <br />Council Member Roe introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 10742 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A 1,008-SQUARE-FOOT ACCESSORY STRUCTURE <br />AS A CONDITIONAL USE IN ACCORDANCE WITH §1004.01 AND §1014.01 OF THE <br />ROSEVILLE CITY CODE FOR MIKE AND KARIE HEFFERNAN (PF09-021) <br />WHEREAS, Mike and Karie Heffernan own the prop'erty at 893 County Road C2; and <br />WHEREAS, the subject property is legally described as: <br />, <br />Saint Paul Park, excluding fhe north 330 feet, the east 1/3 of Lot 38 <br />� PIN: 02-29-23-24-0057 <br />WHEREAS,.the properry owners seek to allow the construction of a],008-squaze-foot accessory <br />structure which is a conditionally permitted use in the applicable Single-Family Residence <br />Zoning District; and ' <br />WHEREAS, the Roseville Planning Commission held the public hearing regazding the <br />requested CONDITIONAL USE on August 5, 2009, voting 6-0 to recommend approval of the <br />request based on public comment and the comments and findings of the staff report prepared for <br />said public hearing; and • <br />WHEREAS, the Roseville Ciry Council has determined that approval of the requested <br />CONDITIONAL USE will not adversely afFect conditions on, or value of, neazby properties and <br />will not compromise the health, safety, and general welfare of the citizens of Roseville; <br />Page 1 of 3 <br />�3 <br />
