Attachment E EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of z Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was held on the 26`h day of October 2009, at 6:00 p.m. 3 The following Members were present: �� and the following Members were absent: � Council Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: o RESOLUTION NO. � A RESOLUTION APPROVING OUTDOOR STORAGE OF BOATS AT 1705 COUNTY :� ROAD C AS A CONDITIONAL USE IN ACCORDANCE WITH §1007.015 AND §1014.01 a OF THE ROSEVILLE CITY CODE FOR RECO REAL ESTATE LLC (PF09-025) � o WHEREAS, RECO Real Estate LLC owns the property at 1705 County Road C; and � � WHEREAS, the subject property is legally described as: � 2 Section 4 Township 29 Range 23 except the north 1446 feet; the west 500 feet of the east i� 1575 feet of the part north of the roadway right of way of the southeast quarter (subject to � Y roads and easements) Section 4 Township 29 Range 23 15 PIN: 04-29-23-43-0014 i 6 WHEREAS, the property owner seeks to allow the continuation of the previously-approved � � outdoor storage of boats which is a conditionally permitted use in the applicable General �� Industrial Zoning District; and i� WHEREAS, the Roseville Planning Commission held the public hearing regarding the zc proposed CONDITIONAL USE on October 7, 2009, voting 4-0 to recommend approval of the 2� use based on the comments and findings of the staff report prepared for said public hearing; and 2z WHEREAS, the Roseville City Council has determined that approval of the proposed 23 CONDITIONAL USE will not adversely affect conditions on, or value of, nearby properties and za will not compromise the health, safety, and general welfare of the citizens of Roseville; 2� NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Roseville City Council, to APPROVE 2f the outdoor storage of boats at 1705 County Road C as a CONDITIONAL USE in accordance 2� with Section § 1014.01 of the Roseville City Code, subject to the following conditions: 2� a. The outdoor storage area shall continue to be adequately screened as viewed from %y County Road C and similar screening shall be installed on other sides of the 3� storage area if and when the adjacent properties are redeveloped in some way that s� allows increased visibility of the storage area; 32 b.
