Attachment E <br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />z Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was held on the 26`h day of October 2009, at 6:00 p.m. <br />3 The following Members were present: <br />�� and the following Members were absent: <br />� Council Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />o RESOLUTION NO. <br />� A RESOLUTION APPROVING OUTDOOR STORAGE OF BOATS AT 1705 COUNTY <br />:� ROAD C AS A CONDITIONAL USE IN ACCORDANCE WITH §1007.015 AND §1014.01 <br />a OF THE ROSEVILLE CITY CODE FOR RECO REAL ESTATE LLC (PF09-025) <br />� o WHEREAS, RECO Real Estate LLC owns the property at 1705 County Road C; and <br />� � WHEREAS, the subject property is legally described as: <br />� 2 Section 4 Township 29 Range 23 except the north 1446 feet; the west 500 feet of the east <br />i� 1575 feet of the part north of the roadway right of way of the southeast quarter (subject to <br />� Y roads and easements) Section 4 Township 29 Range 23 <br />15 <br />PIN: 04-29-23-43-0014 <br />i 6 WHEREAS, the property owner seeks to allow the continuation of the previously-approved <br />� � outdoor storage of boats which is a conditionally permitted use in the applicable General <br />�� Industrial Zoning District; and <br />i� WHEREAS, the Roseville Planning Commission held the public hearing regarding the <br />zc proposed CONDITIONAL USE on October 7, 2009, voting 4-0 to recommend approval of the <br />2� use based on the comments and findings of the staff report prepared for said public hearing; and <br />2z WHEREAS, the Roseville City Council has determined that approval of the proposed <br />23 CONDITIONAL USE will not adversely affect conditions on, or value of, nearby properties and <br />za will not compromise the health, safety, and general welfare of the citizens of Roseville; <br />2� NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Roseville City Council, to APPROVE <br />2f the outdoor storage of boats at 1705 County Road C as a CONDITIONAL USE in accordance <br />2� with Section § 1014.01 of the Roseville City Code, subject to the following conditions: <br />2� a. The outdoor storage area shall continue to be adequately screened as viewed from <br />%y County Road C and similar screening shall be installed on other sides of the <br />3� storage area if and when the adjacent properties are redeveloped in some way that <br />s� allows increased visibility of the storage area; <br />32 b.
