In this scenario, we
would then be required to submit a separate Conditional Use Application, with its uncertainty
and requirement for another two month processing time.
So, my question is, if staff is leaning towards
wise to submit that application now to have it
Change Application already submitted?
Thanks for your consideration.
Ron
recommending Conditional Use, would we be
considered at the same time as the Zoning Text
Please note that my email address has changed to ron.wong@delta.com
Ronald Wong
Manager
Interiors Engineering,
Phone: 612-726-3424
Fax: 612-726-6844
IFE and Cabin Electrical Delta Air Lines, Inc.
Cell: 612-387-9039
From: Wong, Ron M
Sent: Thursday, February 11, 2010 1:22 PM
To: Bryan Lloyd
Subject: RE: T4C zoning change application
Hi Bryan,
Thanks for your email.
Our expectation matches your first scenario. Obviously, our lst preference would be for a
zoning text amendment that fully permitted "church" use in e-3 districts as it would negate
the need for an additional conditional use permit application (and review/approval process)
for our intended use as a church.
Moreover, with the use question answered in the above scenario, there would be development
proposal/building permit type activity sometime in the future, and that activity would
include the more detailed plans and data required for the city to review and apphove
development and construction on the site.
Best Regards,
