Additional Required Information: <br />a. Legal Description and PIN: Provide the Parcel Identification Nlul�ber(s) and the complete le�al <br />description(s) of the property involved. <br />b. Open House Summarv: A written sumtnary of at least one open house meeting is a required <br />component of a Zoning Map Change application. <br />c. �Vritten Narrative: The narrative should describe in detail the nature of the i�itended use, why <br />you believe the use is not pennitted by the existing zoning, and ho�v the use would be permitted <br />under the proposed rezonin� or zoning text amendment. Narratives should also state whether any <br />additional land use applications (e.g., Conditional Use Permit or Variance) would be necessary to <br />accommodate the intended use in compliance with the requirements of the proposed zoning <br />change. <br />d. Other Information: In addition to the written narrative, a full size site plan, topographic survey, <br />landscape plan, grading and drainage plan, exterior building elevation drawings, and other <br />infonnation may also be required if deemed necessary by the Community Development Director. <br />8. Notitication Si;;n: The applicant �nust obtain a"Notice of Land Use Application" sign from the <br />Community Development Department and post the sign along the street in front of the subject <br />property. Multiple signs may be required for sites adjacent to more than one street. <br />9.
