Appropriate revisions to Roseville's comprehensive use plan and related zoning code <br />will permit this property to be repositioned to a use consistent with community service <br />opporiunities and current market conditions. <br />This letter provides information on T4C's proposed use of the former Denny Hecker site, and <br />requests City of Roseville staff guidance on the process needed to obtain approval for the <br />proposed use. <br />T4C's Background Information <br />T4C is the largest Chinese-American Christian church in the Twin Ciries and greater Minnesota. <br />A non-denomination church, it was established more than 50 years ago, and has resided in a <br />24,000 sf. facility for over 35 years in Lauderdale, Minnesota, three miles south of the former <br />Denny Hecker Long Lake Road site. Current growth levels are 2% per annum. <br />Congregational meetings occur throughout the week with primary times being Sunday worship <br />seivices and Friday evening educational and fellowship meetings for children, youth, families, <br />and adults.
