Please note that my email adaress has changed to ron.wong@delta.com
Ronald Wong
Manager
Interiors Engineering,
Phone: 612-726-3424
Fax: 612-726-6844
IFE and Cabin Electrical Delta Air Lines, Inc.
Cell: 612-387-9039
From: Bryan Lloyd [bryan.11oyd@ci.roseville.mn.us]
Sent: Wednesday, March 24, 2010 3:51 PM
To: Wong, Ron M
Subject: T4C at March 29th City Council meeting
Hi, Ron: me again!
First, I've attached the PDF copy of a letter formally informing you/74C of the fact that the
City extended the review timeline for the zoning text amendment. I'll send the signed
original copy to the Church (to your attention) as well.
Then, in order to preserve whatever momentum there was relative to T4C's zoning amendment
request, we're heading back to the City Council on Monday, March 29th. The attached staff
report attempts to answer the Councilmember's assorted questions and provide direction on how
they can proceed. while it seems there's little chance that T4C's request will be approved or
denied on the 29th, by having the Council decide at that meeting how they wish to proceed
there's at least a chance that a Comp Plan amendment (if necessary) can be completed - and
the zoning text amendment approved - within the extended review timeline. At first blush, I
would think that if the Council decides to amend the Comp Plan, T4C would not be responsible
for the application fee, open house, or any of the rest of it since it would be a City-
initiated process.
Regards,
Bryan Lloyd
Associate City Planner
City of Roseville
651-792-7073
bryan.11oyd@ci.roseville.mn.us
Confidentiality Statement: The documents accompanying this transmission contain confidential
information that is legally privileged.
