� , <br />� � � <br />� <br />Document# 4223942 <br />Recorded 05I2612010 1600 <br />County Recorder, Ram'sey County, MN <br />2.1.6 500935A <br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF TI�E <br />VARIANCE BOARD OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Variance Board of <br />the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was held on the 7�' day of April <br />2010 at 6:15 p.m. <br />� <br />� The following members were present: Members Best, Boerigter, and Gisselquist. <br />, Variance Board Member Gisselquist introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />VB RESOLUTION NO. 87 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A VARIANCE TO §1004 (RESIDENCE <br />DI$TRICTS) OF THE ROSEVILLE CITY CODE FOR PETER ANDERSON, <br />1830 OXFORD STREET (PF10-009) <br />I WHEREAS, Mr. Anderson has requested a vAR1AtvCE to § 1004 (Residence <br />Districts) of the Roseville City Code; and <br />; WHEREAS, this property is addressed as 1830 Oxford Street, and legally <br />described as: <br />jSchreiber Addition Plat 2, subject to drainage easement, Lot 15 Block 1 <br />': PIN: 14-29-23-32-0045 <br />� <br />� WHEREAS, Section 1004.016 (Residential Setbacks) requires a principal <br />structure setback of 30 feet from the front property line; and <br />_ ; WHEREAS, Mr. Anderson seeks to construct an open front porch extending 7 <br />feet into the require front yard setback; and <br />� <br />� WHEREAS, the Variance Board has concluded that "hardships" are present and <br />support can be given to deviate from the strict requirements of the Roseville City Code; <br />Page 1 of 3 <br />/ --3 <br />
